一个小村沼气工程建设的启示

[size=3][font=宋体]一个[/font][size=12pt]250[/size][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]多户的小山村，有[/size][/font][size=12pt]220[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]户建起了沼气池，利用沼气做饭、照明，沼液施肥，并推进了农村[/size][/font][size=12pt]“[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]三改工程[/size][/font][size=12pt]”([/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]改厨、改厕、改圈[/size][/font][size=12pt])[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]和消除[/size][/font][size=12pt]“[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]三大堆[/size][/font][size=12pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]工程的实施[/size][/font][size=12pt],[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]秋后沼气入户率将达[/size][/font][size=12pt]100%……[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]这是笔者在山东省烟台市牟平区莒格庄镇曲河庄村了解到的情况。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]　　牟平农村最早实施沼气工程始于上世纪八十年代，其间还曾有组织地进行过推广，但由于种种原因能留下来的寥寥可数。当时的情况是，有的池子建起来就不产气，有的池子产气时断时续，有的沼气使用时异味大[/size][/font][size=12pt]……[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]无论是前期建设，还是后期管理与使用，在各个环节上，由于缺少配套服务，池子不够密封、沼液出料难等技术保障跟不上，沼气工程只能昙花一现。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]　　因此，今年[/size][/font][size=12pt]5[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]月份，曲河庄村大部分农户建成使用上沼气后，村党支部书记王守杰就意识到后续管理服务的重要性。为此，村里先后召开了[/size][/font][size=12pt]5[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]次座谈会，请[/size][/font][size=12pt]20[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]多户有心的[/size][/font][size=12pt]“[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]明白人[/size][/font][size=12pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]集思广议，共取[/size][/font][size=12pt]“[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]技术经[/size][/font][size=12pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]。如今，对照[/size][/font][size=12pt]“[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]技术经[/size][/font][size=12pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]，沼气各环节上的问题，几乎都能找到[/size][/font][size=12pt]“[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]病根[/size][/font][size=12pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]，并对症下药。由此说明，解决技术难题，仅靠农技部门，往往鞭长莫及，更重要的是要因地制宜，不断从实践中探索、总结经验，这是书本和口授知识无可替代的。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]　　任何一项技术的推广使用，都离不开专门技术人才。为了让更多的[/size][/font][size=12pt]“[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]土专家[/size][/font][size=12pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]造福百姓，今年村里派出[/size][/font][size=12pt]3[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]名年轻党员到区农技部门[/size][/font][size=12pt]“[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]充电[/size][/font][size=12pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]，到各沼气建设工地学习达[/size][/font][size=12pt]3[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]个月之久。用王守杰的话说：[/size][/font][size=12pt]“[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]培养沼气[/size][/font][size=12pt]‘[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]土专家[/size][/font][size=12pt]’[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]成本低，实用性强，效果好。[/size][/font][size=12pt]”[/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]　　沼气入池原料、配件服务等问题，单靠一家一户的力量是解决不了的。为此，村里下步的主要工作任务就是建设冬季备用发酵池，购置粉碎机、抽液车和零部件等，围绕一些关键环节完善配套服务，防止沼气工程半途而废。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[size=12pt]“[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]曲河庄经验[/size][/font][size=12pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]启示我们：沼气建设切不可一建了之，建立完善的技术服务和配套服务体系至关重要。只有这样，沼气工程才能最终成燎原之势，让更多的农村、农民广受其益[/size][/font]

任何一项技术的推广使用，都离不开专门技术人才，农村现在缺的就是这些人才
